These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Face Aging application ("the App") published by Bulpara Inc ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

Face Aging is an Android application that uses AI to transform selfies and show what users may look like at different ages. Features include aging to 40s, 60s, and 80+, a full aging timeline GIF, before-and-after comparison, and sharing capabilities.

2. Important Limitations

The App provides AI-generated age transformations for entertainment and informational purposes. You understand and agree that:

• Results are generated by an AI model and may not accurately represent how you will actually look at a given age.
• Age transformations are artistic interpretations based on learned aging patterns and should not be taken as predictions.
• The App is not a medical, diagnostic, or scientific tool and should not be used for health-related decisions.
• Results may vary depending on photo quality, lighting, and angle.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Upload photos of other people without their consent
• Use results to harass, bully, or discriminate against anyone
• Use the App in a manner that violates applicable laws
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App
• Attempt to circumvent subscription restrictions or free tier limitations

4. User Content

By uploading a photo for processing, you represent that you have the right to use that image and consent to its processing by our AI service. Photos are processed in real-time and are not permanently stored on our servers after processing is complete.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

• Free tier: Available at no cost with 5 lifetime face aging generations.
• Premium Monthly: $7.99/month for unlimited aging, full timeline GIF, no watermark, and no ads.
• Premium Annual: $59.99/year (save 37%) with a 7-day free trial.
• Subscriptions are billed through Google Play and are subject to Google Play's Terms of Service.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through Google Play settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, and content, is owned by Bulpara Inc and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for its intended purpose.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT AI-GENERATED RESULTS WILL BE ACCURATE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BULPARA INC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Emotional distress from AI-generated age transformations
• Decisions made based on aging results
• Inaccurate or unexpected transformation results
• Service interruptions or data loss

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bulpara Inc from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the business.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
