Face Aging ("the App") is published by Bulpara Inc ("we", "us", "our"). This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the App.

1. Information We Collect

The App collects the following data to provide its core functionality:

• Facial photographs: When you take or select a selfie, the App collects the photograph you provide. All EXIF metadata (GPS location, camera info, timestamps) is automatically stripped on your device before the photo leaves your device. The photo is then uploaded to our servers solely for AI-powered age transformation. No biometric data, facial recognition templates, or faceprints are created or stored. The photo is used only to generate an aged version of the image.
• Aging results: Generated aged photos and timeline GIFs are stored locally on your device only.
• Preferences: App settings are stored locally on your device.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your facial photograph is used for the sole purpose of generating AI-powered age-transformed images. Specifically:

• Your photo is sent from the App to our backend server (operated by Bulpara Inc) over HTTPS encryption.
• Our server forwards the photo to Replicate, Inc. (replicate.com), a third-party AI service, which runs the age transformation model.
• The AI model generates aged versions of your face (at target ages such as 40, 60, 80, or a full aging timeline).
• The resulting aged image is returned to your device and stored locally.
• Your original photo is processed in real-time and is not permanently stored on our servers or on Replicate's servers.

3. Third-Party Data Sharing

To provide the age transformation feature, your facial photograph is shared with the following third-party service:

• Replicate, Inc. (Replicate Privacy Policy): Your photo is sent to Replicate's servers for AI processing. Replicate processes the image in real-time to generate the aged result and does not permanently retain your photo after processing is complete. Replicate provides equivalent protections for your data as described in their privacy policy.

The App also integrates the following services:

• Cloudflare R2: Processed result images are temporarily stored on Cloudflare R2 for delivery to your device. They are automatically deleted after retrieval.
• Apple In-App Purchases: Subscription purchases are processed by Apple. We do not have access to your payment information. See Apple's Privacy Policy.
• Google Play Billing: On Android, subscription purchases are processed by Google. We do not have access to your payment information. See Google's Privacy Policy.
• Google AdMob: The free tier displays ads provided by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data for ad personalization. See Google's Ads Policy. Premium subscribers do not see ads.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your data with any third party other than Replicate, Inc. as described above for the sole purpose of providing the age transformation service.

4. Face Data Collection, Use, and Retention

This section specifically addresses how the App handles face data:

• What we collect: Facial photographs (selfies) voluntarily provided by the user. No biometric identifiers, facial geometry data, or faceprints are extracted or created.
• How we use it: Solely to generate AI age-transformed images. The photo is sent to our server and forwarded to Replicate, Inc. for AI processing.
• Who receives it: Bulpara Inc (our server) and Replicate, Inc. (AI processing).
• How long we retain it: Original photos are retained only during active processing (typically a few seconds). They are not permanently stored on our servers or Replicate's servers. Result images are stored locally on your device only; you may delete them at any time.
• User consent: The App displays a clear consent dialog before any photo is uploaded, explaining what data is sent, who it is sent to, and how it is handled. Photos are only uploaded after the user provides explicit consent.

5. Data Storage & Security

Aging results and preferences are stored in a local database on your device. Photos are transmitted over HTTPS encryption. We do not permanently store your photos on any server. If you uninstall the App, all locally stored data is permanently deleted.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for use by children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

7. Your Rights

You have full control over your data. You can:

• View all stored aging results within the App
• Delete individual results from your history
• Clear all data from the Settings screen
• Uninstall the App to remove all data permanently

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
